Are you asking if there are legal classes as to how and when you can defend yourself or are you looking for a physical class for hand to hand combat or something entirely different from either of the above?

Kudos for seeking out this type of training. Most don't, yet it's crucial.

I've taken his class (Guy Relford, Tactical Firearm's Training Company) several times, to refresh my memory.

I think he has a class coming up in Aug, and I'm thinking of attending.

While a bit dated in the gravest extreme might be a good read to go along with a class.
