I'm in Syracuse for the weekend and just picked up a have doz for $3.50 from Sweet Corn Charlies! It was good but a bit on the pricey side.

We have 5 acres planted and should be ready in about a week or two. We sell it for $3.00 a dozen. Some weekends we take it up to Pierceton and sell it.

If the sign just says "Sweet Corn" ASK if it is Indiana Sweet Corn. I asked once at a stand a couple years ago, and the lady kinda stuttered something about them getting their corn from elsewhere because Indiana corn wasn't ready yet.

My gripe about fruit stands is when they sell tomatoes and they still have the boxes from where they bought it at the whole seller.

We have been selling corn from southern indiana and $5 a dozen. I start picking ours at the end of the week. Still have about 10 acres to plant, and have about 9 acres in silk currently. I have all bi-color sh2 varieties.
