Denny Reichard at Sand Burr Gun Ranch is widely regarded as the expert with Smith action jobs. I have friends that have had Denny work on their revolvers and they have all been VERY happy with both the action jobs and the service they received.

In fact, Massad Ayood said: "Reichard is famous in the region for having won several state championships in NRA action pistol with Smith sixguns. He's even more famous for the splendid action jobs he does on them."

Sand Burr is in Rochester, IN which is about 90 min North of Indy. Probably worth the drive.

Second nod of approval for Denny at Sand Burr Gun Ranch. No nonsense, old world craftsmanship for people who live in the "real" world.
Just tell him the Bullet Fairy sent you. Good for a couple laughs.

You're missing out if you don't contact Denny at Sand Burr Gun Ranch. You won't find a better action job and a 90 minute drive to meet Denny is worth it.

Denny at Sand Burr Gun Ranch. His work is phenomenal on S&W revolvers. Besides you get to meet a real "character" (in a good way) who is not afraid to speak his mind. Political correctness, what's that?
