Was the “subpar experience “ just over the $10 difference in the transfer fee? Or was there other issues?
They aren’t an INGO advertiser any more, but as far as I know they are still one of the best shops around. I’m curious about any other problem you encountered.

I have been in there a few times. If the owner is there it can be a good visit. If not the help is not so.......well.....helpful.

Lol no..the price had zero to do with it. Was customer service related, but was the first time I’ve had a negative experience there to be fair.
