Looking for some recommendations. A couple of challenges have been thrown around between a good friend and I, and we're now in need of a shot timer. Not looking to buy a pro competition model, but something better than an app on the iPhone. Anyone have any suggestions?

Just found that one too, no iPhone support right now however. :xmad:

To clarify, what we're looking for is something that will verify we've gotten X number of shots off with X number of seconds.

I have some shot timer apps on my Iphone (Shot Timer and ShotTimer). They aren't perfect and you might have to hold it pretty close to the firearm to get it to register, but for free you can't really complain too much. It's been quite a while since I've used either, though.

Checked around the 1500 this weekend, didn't see a single one. I am finding new ones on Amazon in the $100 range, didn't know if anyone had a lead on a used/second hand one. The $100 tag isn't a deal breaker by any means, but I'm not opposed to a second hand model for sure.
