If I had to guess...'plea bargaining' with minimal sentences. I'm SO tired of people/politicians pressing for more laws when the ones we have aren't enforced.

With out [STRIKE]pressing for new laws[/STRIKE] enforcing the laws we have on the books and reducing victimless crimes like minor pot possession to citation level (or community service) punishments, these douche bags will become irrelevant.

FIFY. I know of a few crimes that could free up beds in lockup if they were treated more appropriately.
