installing a DD Omega X rail

Has anyone on here done it? Anyone want to help me do it, either close to Bloomington, or close to South Bend? I don't have any AR specific tools and I know I would need a DD barrel Nut wrench.

Would I be better to just have a smith do it?

A buttstock wrench works just fine.

I would contact the Armorers at Bradis and see what they'd charge.

That is not a bad idea, its about an hour from b town and i have been wanting to check them out.

I would kind of like to have a hand in doing it, but like I said, I have no experience.
