It has a Coolermaster HAF large tower case, an MSI B75MA P45 motherboard, I think 4gb of DDR3, an Intel Core I3 3rd Gen, a 750watt power supply. And that's pretty much it.
It already has basic video output on the motherboard, but I do have an old GT510 3d gpu for a few dollars more, and a spinny hard drive can be added for a few bux as well, but the operating system is up to you.
Not willing to go far for this, so plan to come to Columbus to pick up.
