Do any suppressor manufacturers make a multi-caliber suppressor that uses interchangeable baffles to accommodate the calibers? Since the body of the suppressor is what gets the serial number and tax stamp, it would seem that there would be a marketing niche for something like this that would allow multiple calibers without multiple $200 stamps. Thoughts?

Not allowed. ATF considers extra suppressor parts as a second suppressor. That's why if gou get your can upgraded by the manufacturer, you have to send it in.

The regs prohibit the changing of caliber on a suppressor and allow repairs only in limited amounts. You can shoot any caliber that will fit through the baffles but you can't legally change them to a bigger cal. Swapping baffles isn't allowed to be done by the owner unless he's a class 2 manufacturer. As noted, the baffles (and endcaps) are considered by ATF to be suppressors in and of themselves for the purpose of regulation.
