WOW one of the guys rounds was found in the shotgun of the bad guy. Kind of drives home the picture of having a shotgun pointed at you.

"I made it clear to him that I wasn't having any of it."

Awesome response from a sound guy.

I hope they finally let him have his CC permit.

Then again, if they ever try to bust him on not having it, he can pretty much tell them where to go.

    :ingo:

We all owe this guy a beer.

I wouldn't worry about the legal implications as much as their thug associates trying to even the score.

If their newspapers are anything like the ones here in Fort Wayne, His name and the street he lives on are already in the paper under the Court New section. I understand public record and all but it shouldn't apply until convicted.

Pretty good interview. I don't think I would have allowed myself to be interviewed, but that's just me. During the whole interview I kept thinking how much that dude looks like Don Davis.

I'm glad the guy was able to save himself and the other customers, but he said so much that any prosecutor could use against him. Why is his lawyer allowing him to do this?

I don't think I would speak publically until it was all said and done in court, but I have to commend this gentleman on keeping a very positive professional composure. As we all know when an interview is aired like this one it portrays each and every one of us in the same light.

+1 for giving this guy a beer!!

    No statements from me either.

The round up the shotgun barrel reminds me of how I used to hit in baseball. I crowded the plate and swung in self defense. Hit the freekin ball a mile every time.
