Art Van in Portage. Ordered the chair at the end of September. It was special order, 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. Here we are in early December. They tell us after Christmas. We tell them to go pound sand. Complete customer service failure on their part. It's just amazing how poor customer service is now a days. We had to constantly follow up with them.
