Very interesting and I'd say a rare set of circumstances. Seems to me like a definite "stand your ground" matter instead of simple self defense.

Sounds like a valid SYG reason to me...I'd say Brown was lucky to live as long as he did.

Regardless of whether or not you believe it was totally justified, I think how he acted during the news interview was the perfect example of what not to do.

Well, looks like the Florida laws are similar to Indiana laws, and Thriemer was entirely justified.

But gee-wilikers, I thought drugs were a 'victimless' crime!

Did anyone else read that the gun used to kill the... dead guy... was supplied earlier to the shooter by the soon to be dead guy?

In other words, bad guys should not give other bad guys guns that could be used against them.

We need a law that forbids criminals from giving guns to other criminals!!!
