What an Executive Order, first signed by Ronald Reagan, and then signed again by Barack Obama in . . . . 2009 means now in 2013?

It means Obama, in 2009, extended full diplomatic privileges to INTERPOL, which Reagan and then Clinton had started to do.

They were inferring it meant doors were gonna be kicked in. Does looks like "old news".

Assuming Interpol has to act in coordination with the Feds if they find their man here?

It means INTERPOL can come here to the U.S. and act like our Secret Service does in other countries, plus now get more immunities, privileges, and exemptions than they had before the annointed one took office.
