Intro to Defensive Pistol 10/24 - Indy Gun Safety

We have a few seats in our Intro to Defensive Pistol Course this Saturday, 10/24. The course runs from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM. You must have your own firearm and holster rig, capable of carrying the firearm securely in the 2:30 to 4:00 position, and provide 200 rounds of ammo for your firearm. A light concealment garment like a shirt or vest is highly recommended. The course will cover:

Conflict resolution
Discussion of Indiana handgun and deadly force law
Cover and concealment
Holster Draws
Reloads
Shooting while moving
Shooting from retention
Shooting strong and weak hand only
Threat identification
Dealing with multiple threats
Instant action for stoppages
What to expect after a deadly force incident

We require NRA Basic Pistol as a prerequisite to this course We don't care WHERE you took it, but you have to have the basic course first.

I'm assuming that appendix carry (12-2) is prohibited during your training events?
