iPhone police and fire scanner

I have the Em.RadioFree app on my iPhone 4. I also have the 5-0 Radio Free app. No matter what station I choose on these, I get a "Channel Offline..." error, or a message saying "internet is required."

I am connected by Wifi and do have a connection. Any iPhone guru's out there that can help?
