IRS to Jewish group: 'Does your organization support the existence of the land of Israel?' - Ben Smith - POLITICO.com

This to me is very troubling. Regardless of the group, if the IRS can deny tax exempt status, by proclaiming your religious beliefs contradict the Administration's public policies, what groups are next?

Here is another story about what happened to Z Street.

"carefully scrutinizing organizations that are in any way connected with Israel" and that "a special unit" is determining whether its activities "contradict the Administration's public policies.'"

So they had to make a "special unit" huh?
Totalitarianism seems to be the goal of this administration.

Edit: This post is not about religion, this is about an overreaching government. The story could as well read "IRS investigates conservative groups".

The current junta has shown that they are anti-Constitutional. They (like most libtards) believe the Constitution says freedom from religion not freedom of religion and the free exercise thereof. So they will use all the coercive power of government to destroy those religious groups they disagree with, no surprise which ones they are.
