I would love one of these for my XDM. Too bad i can't find the dot on them for anything. Maybe with some practice it would be better, or may astigmatism is just an arss

The name of the game in shooting an RMR quickly is practice, practice, practice. And then practice some more. If I ever go this route - it won't be for a carry gun. Just a for-fun range toy.

Why? because you dont want to practice? :) Its mostly just presentation which is just dry fire work.

Presentation / dry-fire work IS practice.

And let me just state for the record: I WANT to practice. But having two little kids at home means that almost all of my home time is spent either doing things that need doing or time spent with them.

I WANT to practice. But I don't have much time.

When I was in my safety class one of the cops let us see the red dot and it just took forever for me to find it. On top of my astigmatism I have cross eye dominance, so I am sure that didnt help.
