I am good with that, just means more for me. I was never good at sharing. :)
Cool, we don’t have to agree on everything. That’s what makes us American.

And to my point about “under the table talk”, your opinion and knowledge makes me wonder even more. As in, is there something going on we ( U.S. citizens), are not being told. Or is this a classic pump and dump and we are about to see a large profit taking event.

    Guess time will tell.

Yep, this is kind of where I am leaning.

Well silver is having an interesting day, made it to 24+, seems to be trading at about 24.18 in very quick contracts, that’s computers for you.

Guess I’ll chock this up to gold’s continued climb, as long as gold continues to go up silver will have to be manipulated to follow. At least the ratio is back in the 80’s. 88.8:1.

$24.24 on Kitco now. If you've been stacking long you will remember that mid to upper twenties is not rare. I hope it hangs out here a while.

Long enough to have bought at 6.53 bucks an oz.

And a heads up, saw your add, please be careful if things go well for you. Take a trusted partner or whatever precaution you deem fit. Just a friendly suggestion, this is the internet after all. Good Luck and best thoughts.

OK edit, I had to go check what my first buy in was. I had a hard time remembering. Looks like 1984.

I do appreciate the concern and advice. However that is one of the true benefits of INGO. The buyers are known to me and I have dealt with them before and they have a history here.

I would like to have gotten into the game back then, but I was getting married, setting up a household, raising 4 kids, growing an IRA and building up four 529s. Our family started off with me making 12K a year. Even later on the low pay in my field qualified us for WIC. We had no extra money of any kind for LONG time, but our retirement is well funded and our kids all had at least 20K in their 529s.
Thus the late start and retroactive slight regrets.

Similar circumstances, just never believed/trusted in stock market or banks, CD rates were at ~10% though. Still paying off wife’s school loan. Renting an apartment. I can remember when we saved our first 1000.00 dollars we had the hardest time trying to decide what to do with it. Regrets, I’ve got a hundred of’em. But that was then, today…Meh.

Didn’t see this posted anywhere and I was blown away.

“Costco sold $100 million in gold bars last quarter.”

    And now:

“Costco taps into silver coins sales.”

Wonder if this has anything to do with lower premiums the last few months? Competition is good.

Not exact, but it looks like ~3.00 bucks premium for generic rounds that’s middle of the road. For Eagles that would be good.

edit: that is if my mental quick math is close.

edit, edit: ok 680/25 is 27.20, spot for paper silver is 24.22.
all in all not a terrible deal for bullion. IMO.
