I'm glad it is getting publicity, hopefully a future juror will recognize a punch or kick can and has killed therefore shooting someone who attempts to kill you empty handed is justified. I heard "unarmed teenager" about a half million times when the news reported the event where Travon Martin tried to kill George Zimmerman with his bare hands. It also verifies one more reason why CCW is needed.

The guy in Florida was approached by 4 guys while he was walking down the beach alone. They asked him if he had a "Glock" and he said he did not have a weapon. They tried to attack him now that they thought he was unarmed and he pulled a folding knife. They ran off and were arrested, the guy identified them.
