I got a EOtech 552 for $350 in its box is that a good deal it looks new

The MSRP is around $550. I would make sure everything works right before buying it. I've never seen them that cheap...

If everything (including windage/elevation adjustments and the ability to hold a zero) work properly on it and it isn't beat to hell, you got pretty darn good deal I'd say.
