Looks like Gorsuch is a big win for those that voted for Trump with the hope of getting a justice with pro 2A leanings.

Indeed so, also stands in proof that, even if not exactly what I would consider a political soulmate, Trump at least does what he says he will do to the best of his ability (i.e., I don't consider him accountable for the wall of obstruction he has in front of him).
