    1 year lead time on the johnson safe. omg!!!

    Old House to New House. The Owner decided after 3-4 Yrs, I need to Move It to our new House. I had Visitation Rights ;)

    Leave it, sell it with the house. Add the cost of a new safe in the price of the house, buyer thinks they are getting something for nothing and you get a new safe. Seen this done tons of times with stuff like lawn mowers, propane, appliances and yes gun safes.

    I used the seller's inability to remedy issues found on inspection to get a John Deere lawn tractor and various unused, new building materials that were in the house when we looked at it. I like this idea. Hey, new safe.

    I used the seller's inability to remedy issues found on inspection to get a John Deere lawn tractor and various unused, new building materials that were in the house when we looked at it. I like this idea. Hey, new safe.

    At the end of the day this is what I did. When I figured cost to get it moved out of basement here and then back into one there and that I needed a larger one anyway; the buyer and I agreed to leave the safe in lue of any inspection related repair items. Win-Win.
