ISP and IU football

Heard this story this morning on the local radio station. ISP Curt Durnil was talking with the local DJ about IU's recent trip to it's football bowl game out in San Francisco. His detail was not allowed to wear their uniforms while providing security for the IU football team. He stated that he was still upset with the decision. He did not say who specifically gave the no uniform order or whether it came from someone associated with the bowl committee or from his immediate supervisors.
