My wife gets a hometown weekly from where she grew up in KY. The paper includes KSP and local cop stops. It's startling the number of times each week someone is pulled over for speeding and their list of transgressions includes drug paraphernalia, suspended license, no insurance, weed, open container, yadda yadda yadda. All they had to do was sit in the right lane and do the speed limit. My wife always says, if they were smart they wouldn't have to be criminals.
