Italian Street Festival carry?

I'll be going to the Italian street festival in Indy tomorrow, and was wondering if anyone has carried at the event before? I looked into it thinking there might be a school there, and there is one. Does anyone know if the festival takes place solely on the property or if it's off the school's property?

It takes place on the property of the Holy Rorsary Parish, and that does include Lumen Christi School, AND a school building that is located in the parking lot at Stevens and East St.

I probably wouldn't OC there.
