So, how much did yours go up this year?

We're looking at about a 5% increase in premiums. Deductible stayed put as did the max out of pocket costs.

Mine goes down $20 a month, deductibles stay the same, but max. out of pocket DOUBLES. I also loose vision benefits, which weren't all that grand anyway.

So, as long as I am healthy, it works out. One hospital stay could net me some decent bills, though.

We had $6k max out of pocket, and I was on the monthly payment plan with the hospital for about 2 years, between a baby and a surgery.

I think I'm finally out ahead of it and have the HSA fully funded.

Max HSA contribution this year is $6450 for a family.

Premium is going up about 15%, deductible is going up 50%. And if it's anything like last year, the plan will cover less.

My last day at this job is Friday and my new job with a inter-denominational Missionary Group starts on the 12th. My pay will be 3/4 of what it was and my health care costs doubled. A stupid move financially, but money isn't everything.

BTW - You will see many things for sale on here next week as we get a little leaner for the adjustment.
