I am selling my Marlin 1895cb this year. It has the 26" octagon barrel with a straight stock. It has a 2001 date of manufacture so it is well before the Remington takeover. It has a JM stamp and a magazine capacity of 9. Also, this year 45-70 is a deer legal cartridge in Indiana.

I installed a Skinner peep sight for older eyes. I added a blank in the rear sight that holds an additional apeture. I also saved the original sight so you can change it back if you would like.

Overall, it is a beautiful rifle with great straight grain in the stock and very few imperfections I have tried to show in the pictures.

I would like to get $900 for the rifle as it has about $150 worth of sights on it. You can reach me by PM or call at 317-361-2601. I am in New Castle and work in Indy so we can meet anywhere inbetween.
