Now this I would think should be very big news. I hate Sony as much as most real computer nerds, or Mac Heads but this is really big. That network is freaking HUGE. This news is hard to find however..

From my understanding of the incident, the group responsible was doing it to mess with Sony, not mass identity theft. Supposedly they're done screwing with the PS network as well since there was such a consumer backlash.

Anonymous (the cracker group) has officially disavowed knowledge of the incident. They claim it wasn't them.
