Glad to have read this book. It puts a lot of issues into perspective. Too much information for only one reading, will re-read it in a few months.

Thanks for the kind words. We do, in fact, encourage folks to re-read the book from time to time, even if just a few pages here and there in a more or less random fashion, to keep the information fresh and actionable.

FYI, since we first published the 3rd Edition, which covers all 50 states use-of-force laws at a high level, we also have an Indiana-specific DVD you might be interested in, currently on sale 50% off: lawofselfdefense.com/indianadvd

I always encourage (almost plead) my friends who carry to read this book.

Couple things i learned from this book---------
You can be in the right and yet be treated as a potential conquest based on a prosecutor's ideology or political beliefs.

Even though you may be in the right, it can financially ruin you trying to prove your innocence.

Many times it is better to avoid conflicts or gun use if possible.

Attempting to help others while you are carrying, you can place yourself in a bad legal predicament, because the situation may not be as it appears.
