just need an upper for ar

I am trying to find a complete upper for my anvil arms AR. I have a complete gun but has a carry handle and I want a flattop also. Any suggestions?

14 or 16 in. barrel doesn't matter on handguard and rail type to me

you'll want a 16" barrel unless you do the NFA process for a Short-Barreled Rifle.
