    This is, in reality, a good thing for gun owners.

    Those people have ENORMOUS sway in society. That a couple of them might end up pro-gun (to whatever degree it ends up being) is nothing short of a culture war victory.

    As we Americans tend to live within our respective culture bubbles with liberals mostly watching MSNBC and conservatives mostly watching FOX it becomes a tremendous positive to breach the other sides bubble in a positive way.

    I do not understand why on earth people would watch this show, but they do. Of course, I have no idea why on earth people get so excited about sports teams, it has exactly ZERO effect on any of us, but people do. A certain percentage of the demographic that watches this will say to themselves, "Hey, if they can do that so can I." Their doing it will make it acceptable to people that normally wouldn't think it so.

    This is a good thing.
