These nominees are now beholden to these special interest groups (despite there is a lifetime appointment) and rule in favor of these groups. Then these groups go and lose cases to get SCOTUS review and favorable ruling.

I will say that their Senator from Hawaii on this is loopy as well. The rest of them, while I disagree, aren't off the reservation. Their Hawaii one you could see Gorsuch working hard to to roll his eyes.
