I don't know how many of you are familiar with the "What Would Stoner Do" project, but main company that has kept it alive is under attack from a frivolous lawsuit. They could really use your help.

Here is the most recent post about this:

A short summary about what has been going on:

Much longer explanation of the whole situation:

Thanks and please share this where you can and help out if you can,

So lawsuit about IP based on an angel investor funding the original IP owner sueing KE on the basis that they are now making AR monolithic lowers?

Buying someone’s old tooling or copying a design just because someone else stopped making it is shakey legal ground at best but I’m no fan of leftists using money to win their way.

If you go through all the videos they (I may not posted the one where they talk about it), the lower that KE Arms did is a completely different design of their own. That is why it is a bogus lawsuit to begin with.

Today, KE Arms posted on their FB page that the GWACS's motion to gag the various respondents regarding the case. Basically, after they (the respondents, KE Arms, et al.) went public after the suit was filed, individuals reached out to them to give evidence that GWACS was just sending out trade secrets willy-nilly back when there wasn't an extra payday possible. Trial is currently set for March 20th.

A few days back, from their FB page:
The settlement conference held with GWACS regarding their few remaining claims against KE Arms was unsuccessful in reaching a resolution.
We are currently scheduled go to trial on 5-15-2023
