My apartment can't get below 80. The air will run all day (costing a nice $130 a month), but never go below 80.

The computer room gets the air full blast. The rest of the place gets little to nothing. Closing the vents in PC room doesn't help at all.

Maintenance and management say nothing can be done. So.. that's nice.
