I ordered three of their Sig Mosquito magazines for $19.99 a piece. They arrived quickly, and look identical to the OEM mag. I loaded them up and took them to the range. Had no issues with any of them at all. Good Buy! 
However, when we were leaving my son dropped a mag and the plate popped off sending the spring flying. I gathered all the pieces and searched and searched to find it. Upset (since it was a brand new mag) we packed and went home. I looked all over the site for replacement springs to no avail. I email customer service to see about buying one. Instead of an email, I get a phone call from a rep told me they would be able to send me "one". I kept waiting for them to ask me for payment info but never did. So I patiently waited for my spring to arrive in the mail. Finally my package arrived and I opened it to find a brand new mag inside!
Now that is customer service. I will be buying from them again soon!
