Kimber Model Classic Custom 45 ACP SOLD
with Clackamas roll mark
For those not familiar with the significance of the Clackamas roll mark, these are some of the first 1911's Kimber produced, when they were still a small shop trying to get into the 1911 market. They are considered some of the finest guns Kimber ever produced are and highly sought after by shooters and collectors.
The serial number is K0039XX, which is a 1996 manufacture date.
This one has been duracoated FDE. I don't know who did it. I bought it this way. I thought it might have been cerakoted, but there are some spots where the finish is starting to wear, as seen in the pictures bellow. The slide and frame are FDE. The slide stop, mag release, safety, grip safety, barrel bushing, trigger, sights are all black. The grips are black plastic granulate. It has an Ed Brown magwell.
Not the original owner, so don't know the round count. I've only put 200 rounds through it. It is clean and tight. A great shooter. Sights are black on black.
Comes with box and one Kimber 7 round magazine with extended base pad.
$750 SOLD
Willing to meet halfway, up to one hour from Lafayette. No shipping. Must be an IN resident and legal to own this handgun. Please pm with questions and offers. First person to say "I'll take it" gets it. Thanks.
THAT'S NOT A SCRATCH ON THE GRIP SAFETY. IT'S A HAIR FROM A YELLOW LAB!!!
