I bought this last fall thinking I would use it during the winter. Turns out I hate riding inside as much as I hate running on a treadmill. I've used it twice for approximately 20 minutes (apparently that's the maximum my attention span will allow). I have the trainer, the training mat to protect your floor and the front riser ring to get your bike level. The trainer legs fold up for easy storage. I don't have the original box but it includes everything you need to use it, just pop out your rear spindle, install the Kinetic and you're off to the races. Paid around $340 for the trainer, $25 for the riser ring and $69 for the mat from REI. Take all three home for $300.
