I recieved a knife as a gift, they picked it up at a shop and it is clearly a well made custom/semi custom with real Damascus steel but there was no info on the maker and I was wondering if anybody here has a clue, the only identifying mark anywhere is a seal of Oklahoma on the snap of the sheath which is also hand made, anyway...pics...

The more Google Image searching I do... I really do think it's a "custom" / one-off Buck 110....or similar. SOME of those knives can be decently valuable...

To me, it looks like one of the cheap Pakistan damascus knives. There are millions of them coming into this country. Almost all of them are not marked. Do a quick google on "Pakistan Knives" and you will literally see thousands of knives that look similar to the one posted. Below is a link to one of the hundreds of sites that sell these.

Buck 110 models that have the brass bolsters usually have brass colored pivot pins to blend in with the bolster and the nickle silver bolster Buck models have nickle silver pivot pins to blend in. Someone that has customized a Buck 110 could have changed the pivot pin but I wouldn't know why they would want the pivot pin to stand out from the bolster.:dunno:

Note: I'm not saying that the one posted in this thread is or is not one of these. Without further examination I can't tell for sure.:twocents:
