I've not really got into knives. I've got a S&W knife that I keep in my camping bag. It's been used as a can opener and rope cutter mainly. It works.

Gotta say I'm damned satisfied with that purchase, for the price it's awesome!

I cleared out most of the yard with it a few days ago and will clear out the fence line once fall comes and the leaves go away.

I just wish I had better tools for sharpening the curvy bits. :):

I picked up my first Ka-Bar last night from Bradis! I've had several different knives of varying quality, but went with the tried and true rugged durability of the full size USMC Ka-Bar this time. It's got such a perfect look and feel to it, a razor sharp edge, it will spend many years by my side.:):

Picked this one up a few weeks ago at the Knifemakers Guild show down in Kentcuky. It is a custom Brad Zinker flipper.
Genuine India Sambar Stag with titanium liners and clip
3.75" Devin Thomas Stainless Raindrop Damascus hair wittling sharp blade and file worked Damascus backspacer
15 1/32 ball barrings on each side of the pivot for amazingly smooth and rocket fast flipping action.
I picked it up, flipped it once, and just had to have it. The fit and finish is absolutely amazing.

I do. no less than 6 plants a year. I love em!

:hijack: Sorry for the thread jack but do you have any good links you could provide on growing haberneros in Indiana. I don't have much of a green thumb but would like to grow some. I use about 10 per week and would like to avoid buying hem all the time!

Habeneros are easy to grow. The only thing they really require is a decent amount of water. They are a bit thirstier than most pepper plants. Since you say you don't have a green thumb it would probably be easiest for you to buy already started plants from a nursery or lowes type store. Then just transplant them to your garden spot or container. Make sure they get at least 6 hours if sun and water them at least 2 times a week.
