why didn't i listen when all you people were saying that knives are addicting? i find myself obsessed at the moment, and now i have bald spots all over my arms. last night....or should i say early this morning (1:30 am), i ordered a new seal pup elite and i picked up another knife yesterday afternoon. the funny thing is neither are the one that i really wanted, so i will probably be picking up an ESEE 4 next week. i think this is going to start getting expensive real fast!

thats how it works. just like any other overly obsessed hobby. you often think i am not gonna buy anymore ect and then you look and a knife you been trying to buy for a year is finally for sale so that goes out the window.

This is what happens the first time you buy yourself a QUALITY knife. You can't help but buy more.

I've heard those bald spots called "knifer's mange", "knife fighter's mange", and a few other things.

I suffer from that as well.

You can sink a lot of money into knives little by little.

I was showing my brother my knives once and he asked how much they were all worth total. I had to think a while but it was like $5000 at the time and I am not into really high end stuff. Mostly Benchmades and Spydercos. It adds up fast.

I have since trimmed way down because that was a wake up call to me. I had 3-4 of the same knife just because I liked it and wanted to make sure I always had a spare. That is silly.

If he's got something you want, Que, tell him you'll pay his site supporter fee + the difference for the knife you're after! :D Win-win!
