    To All,

A gentle reminder that Knob Creek is in two (2) weeks!

I will be attending to see what there is to see. Does anyone want to plan a luncheon or dinner get together?

I will be staying at a friends house and I am certain he would be interested in meeting fellow shooters, especially those from southern Indiana.

    Regards,

    Doug

    To All,

I called my friend in Louisville today and we are coordinating a place to meetup and grab some good food and beer.

I am guessing that it will be Saturday evening after all the fun is done!

My initial thought is a reasonably family friendly atmosphere, but if everyone confirms there won't be any younglings then I will ask him to begin including a good bar / restaurant.

Nothing set in stone yet, but the hammer and chisel are out.:D

    Regards,

    Doug

    To All,

Here is the current plan we are thinking of.

On Saturday at some easily found landmark we will do lunch. Jon told me that we will be bringing a picnic lunch as the lines can be severely long and tedious. Landmark and time to be determined.

LATE Saturday after the night fire we will go to a bar/restaurant/eatery somewhere toward Louisville. When Jon lets me know of a good place to eat I will post it.

Is anyone needing a place where kids can go or will this be an all adult location?
If we need kid friendly I'll let Jon know so he can pick a place.

    Regards,

    Doug

I'll be there early Fri. until the start of the last night shoot Sat.
I don't want to stuck in that crowd trying to get out again.
Last time it was 3am before we made it out the gate.

I normally go on a Saturday so I can see the night shoot, but I have to go Friday this time. It will still be fun and will be the first time for me to be there on a Friday.

    To All,

Here is the general plan for Jon & myself.

We will be there all of Saturday and have two (2) meetups depending on folks schedule.

    Meetup #1:

Who: Everyone from INGO (& friends)
    What: Meet & showoff
Where: By the subgun range there is a "shady place"
    When: 1300
    Why: Eat & have fun

    Meetup #2:

Who: Everyone from INGO (& friends)
    What: meetup
Where: Dennys, 434 Eastern Parkway, Louisville, KY
    When: ASAP after night fire
    Why: Eat & have fun

I wish I had more details on the afternoon meetup but that was the best Jon could do for a landmark. I will wear my INGO nametag from a previous meetup here in Ft. Wayne. I don't have an INGO hat.

Might I suggest keeping it simple and for those going down just on Friday use the same Dennys? It gives you a starting point.

I hope to see as many of you kind folks as possible on Saturday.

    Regards,

    Doug

    Qmikep,

Night fire starts at "dark." This should be a little after 8PM.

Best to arrive at least an hour early to get a reasonable seat.

    Regards,

    Doug
