    Paid my local fee yesterday. Local PD only allows people to pay local on Weds 9-11 =/ They like to make it damn inconvienent dont they? Well now the waiting game starts =] Hopefully it gets here in a week!

    I applied for L1 on Feb 25th, did fingerprints the 27, and paid local on March 3. Got my permit March 5th! Two days from time of paying local! Can't believe it got here that fast! L1 IS THE WAY TO GO!!!!
