That show is sort of like a family reunion for me. Every isle I end up meeting someone that I have not seen for a long time. I know several of the regular vendors. I always find something interesting to buy, even if I am not going to specifically buy something.

If you didn't buy all the cool stuff, some of it would be left for us!

    Quiet, you.

Any reloading vendors? Worth an hour drive?

    1. I've never seen any reloading vendors there, but I have seen dealers. I usually get powder, primers, etc. there but it just depends on the show. It is . . . less than productive sometimes.

    2. Worth 2 hours in a car? Depends on how risk adverse you are. If you are the kind of guy that says "Screw it, I'm going and I'll make a day of it in Lafayette." It may be worth 2 hours of windshield time.

If you have other stuff to do, wait for Indy.

I was thinking of going because of nothing to do. Anyone been to both the Crown Point one and the Lafayette one? Seems like they'd be the same but not sure if it would be worth it or not. I sometimes skip Crown Point becuase its the same crap each time. Nothing really compares to the Indy 1500 or even the Valparaiso gun show.
