LaRue Tactical - 16" PredatAR 5.56

Hello everyone! I've had an order placed directly with LaRue for a 16" PredatAR 5.56 since December 2012. It doesn't look like my order is going to be fulfilled anytime soon, as they are just finally completing PredatAR orders from June 2012. Does anyone have any idea if there is any place in Indiana where I could find a new / slightly used 16" PredatAR 5.56?? Occasionally, one will pop up on gunbroker.com or armslist.com, but the prices people are asking on there are ridiculous.

Why does it have to be that specific AR? Buy something else and shoot it until the one you want comes in.

When you reach 50 quality posts, you can make a WTB ad for that gun. I haven't seen any BTW.

I was in your boat last year. Ordered a PredatAR and was told 14+weeks. (This was well before Newtown too) Was meandering around my LGS one day and saw the Colt Competition CRP-18 hanging on the wall. Ended up taking her home and canceling the LaRue order. I've been very happy with the purchase but those PredatARs are very nice. Since then I have seen a few of them on store shelves within the last several months, so they are floating around out there. If you call around you might get lucky

Thanks for the advice. I wonder how many orders LaRue ends up losing because of their wait list?!? It sure is painful waiting ... 23 weeks + now.
