Pretty amazing laser stippling and etching process done on a Glock by a company called Black Shepherd. I've never seen this process before. Beats the hell out of using a soldering iron.

Wow that's awesome. Now if only they could do that to my CZ P10F.

Someone doing this could turn out a bunch of Sig P320 & Sig P365 grip modules, slides, etc and not even need an FFL as long as they were not taking the FCU's in, and wouldn't even need to have the customer ship the module in on the front side and could just order online with the patterns, etc they wanted.

I've got a Wilson Combat Grip module for my 320 and a Gray Guns module on my P365, so there are some out there, but having more and some options (custom) would be a great thing.

I also see doing an internet search there are some completely custom options for 320s/365s. Of course, custom = $$$

I had a passing thought a few months ago and looked into what these machines cost.

A lot. They cost a lot.

Then there's the ancillary hardware needed to run them. Plus the time needed to learn the system and practice on stuff.

And then the needed air movement/handling.

And then the eventual need for an FFL and business licenses and lots of other expenses.

So, needless to say, this kind of thing isn't gonna be my side gig.

That looks amazing. How much would something like that cost around here. Maybe not that extensive, but a design on the grip and something on the slide?

ZR Tactical has a laser. It's not cheap but it's cheaper than buying a laser and learning how to use it. I had the itch and had him do an old police trade Glock 22 that I converted to 357 Sig.
