Looks amazing. Mk12 Mod0 is the bees knees.

    What’s the trigger cover for?

A couple of friends/former coworkers started a business called Triggersafe. They're making trigger covers for ARs, shotguns and a Glock version is coming soon. I like them on rifles and shotguns as they provide another layer of safety and come off with the flick of a finger. Protects the expensive triggers on my rifles and makes sure nothing gets into the trigger guard of my shotgun while turkey hunting.

This poor things is finally finished after morphing through several concepts over the past three years. Started as a 300BO pistol, then a .224 Valkyrie and now finally just a plain old Mk12 Mod0(ish) 5.56. It took months of waiting to score the scope I wanted for the right price and I'm looking forward to seeing how closely she'll poke holes at distance.

One of these days I'll get around to putting up a decent backstop at my place and I'll be able to shoot them before posting.

That's nice. What kind of muzzle brake is on it?

I like that concept for a field gun, years and years ago when working at a gun store we stocked something for Glock, it might have been the safe-t-block company but nobody wanted them, but the long-gun concept is nice.
