I'm not sure what to think of Stewart. Frankly, I don't listen to him much and I always thought him to be a liberal. He is right on this though. If he is a lib, then I guess it's true that even a blind squirrel can find an acorn now and then.

i think its pretty much when you want your law to stick, you blast the judicial review process until the next guys law gets passed that you hate and then you are all for it. politics as usual.
