Was this guy there? No! or is he just spouting off? Probably, thats what they are paid to do, get viewers. Not one of us were there, not one of us know what was being said and done before these videos are showing. Its funny how the videos turn to whats happening right when the officers grab a individual, or they are so far away you can't tell whats even happening. never do they show whats happening prior to the incidents.
