    on #2 I believe that is a % code on it 4% tin (SN) and 96% lead (PB). The SN and PB are the table of elements abbreviations for tin and lead.

    On #1 I would guess that quality control wasn't real good in the stamping department. My guess would be 2% tin and 98% lead.

    Did a little research with the new info on #1 and it is 2% tin, 6% antimony, and the rest 92%, should be lead. Antimony if I remember correctly is a flowing agent, also used in solders for plumbing. No problem for the help, always glad to help a fellow member where I can.

    Tin is the flowing agent also used is solder antimony is what hardens the lead.
