Can a leather holster be reshaped? I have a Kimber pro carry II TLE/RL. The problem is i am having one heck of time fnding a IWB holster to fit it. I do have a Galco IWB for a commander 1911 the i like and I wonder if I can reshape it to fit the rail on my Kimber. If this can be done how would I do it?

If it fits now and it's just misshapened you should be able to make it work.

I would put your gun in a plastic bag to protect it, wet the leather with water and put the gun in the holster and press the leather into the lines and impressions. A bone folder would make nice clean lines I've found that a deer antler point works well too, anything smooth to press along the lines of the gun.

If the leather is sealed-it's typically a no. If it's plain untreated, wrap the gun in plastic (waterproof it) and dunk the entire leather holster in luke warm water. Using a plastic spoon (so as to not mar the leather) rub the crap out of all the lines on the pistol. This will give it the fit you are looking for.

I should also mention you want the leather to be clay like, firm...but also pliable.

Once you have it "molded" set to side with gun in it for a couple hours. Then after that you can remove the pistol and let the inside of the holster dry. Allow it to dry 24h before using.

Also wouldn't hurt to seal it so your sweat doesn't loosen the fit a bunch.

What is "Sealed" leather, and how can I tell if it has been sealed?
